Family photography of every day moments
On a beautiful afternoon, the sun shining and the sky clear blue I met up with the Willetts at their home in Huémoz. We were shooting for their family Christmas card so decided to have a wander around the village, perhaps visit the park and play on the swings. But little Edward had other ideas! As soon as he spied the great, big pile of dirt at the end of the lane there was only one thing on his mind – digging! Mum obliged and brought down digger and truck for one contented little man. Roads were built and demolished, soil was moved from one place to another – including in and out of shoes. We even found some spring onions!
With the sun setting over the mountains it was a bit of a wrench to go home but we enjoyed the scenery and, after washing off all the dirt in the water trough, a bit of swinging made everything better.
