Your wedding day
Thank you for considering me to be your wedding photographer. At the end of the night, it is your memories and my photos that will remain, so for me it is a great honour to be able to document the first day in your new life together and I would love to help you make the most of your wedding photography.
At our first meeting and your pre-wedding session, we will get together to chat about your big day and I am on hand to help plan the day, making the most of your time by putting together a time line, family photo lists and location ideas. About a month before the wedding date, I will send out a wedding timeline based on our discussions and we will then finalise this two weeks beforehand.
All your photos are sorted and professionally processed after the wedding. This normally takes about four weeks but I always post a sneak peek to keep you going! Your card designs are ready within two weeks and album designs within six weeks. At each stage of the design process, I take care to take elements of your wedding style and create something very personal, and you will always have the possibility to change my designs to suit – it’s a collaborative process!
CHOOSING YOUR COLLECTION
Always start by deciding what is the most important aspect of your day. If it’s the moments before the ceremony then be sure to give yourself plenty of time. If it’s photos with your new spouse, somewhere special away from the crowd, then this needs to be scheduled into the day. If it’s important to spend time with friends and family then a First Look (couple portraits before the ceremony) is the best way to get to the cocktails quickly and enjoy the party!
Below you will find tips and tricks for making the most of each part of the day. If you are still deciding which wedding collection to go for, the information will help you to see the style of images you will get from each part of the day.
